Ways to sign up!
- In-store application! Complete an application form in-store at any participating Local Choice Pharmacies and hand it to a representative to get your physical card.
- Online application! Visit The Local Choice and click on 'Get a Card' to apply online. Please note that you'll receive only a virtual card to access your benefits. This virtual card offers the same rewards as a physical one.
- Apply via our app - download the MyTLC Health Companion app from your app store. Please be informed that you will receive a virtual card exclusively when applying via our app. Rest assured, this virtual card grants you full access to all program benefits.

How can I get a replacement card?
If you've misplaced your Choice Card and want a new one, visit any The Local Choice pharmacy and ask for assistance. A new card will be provided and linked to your existing Choice Card membership. Alternatively, you can still use your cell phone number or virtual card.
What benefits do I get with a Choice Card?
The Choice Card is a rewards program that offers loyal customers of The Local Choice instant product discounts, vouchers, or other rewards in exchange for voluntary participation.
How much does it cost to join Choice Card?
Membership in Choice Card is FREE.
Do I need a physical card to earn rewards?
No. In-store, provide your mobile number, card number, or virtual card.
I joined online and want to get a physical card. How do I get one?
You have to go to your nearest Local Choice Pharmacy and request a physical card to be linked to your virtual card.
Why does Choice Card require my date of birth to join the program?
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in Choice Card; your date of birth is required to verify your eligibility for the program.
Where is my Choice Card accepted?
You can use your Choice Card at any participating The Local Choice pharmacy.
How can I join Choice Card?

You can change your details online, by calling the customer care number at 0861 787 326, by emailing care@thelocalchoice.net, or at any participating The Local Choice pharmacy.
When do I receive Choice Card rewards?
Choice Card rewards are earned instantly on qualified purchases made in-store at participating The Local Choice pharmacies.

Do I need a Choice Card Membership to get products on promotion at The Local Choice?
Yes, The Local Choice pharmacies offer various product promotions in-store from time to time, but the Choice Card promotions are available to Choice Card members only.
How can I stop receiving marketing communication from The Local Choice regarding the Choice Card rewards program?
To stop receiving Choice Card special offers and marketing messages from The Local Choice, notify The Local Choice thereof in writing to care@thelocalchoice.net; alternatively, telephonically via Choice Card Customer Careline on 0861 787 326 or via the opt-out instructions in the various communication channels.
What is the policy for exchanges or returns?
To make an exchange or return for purchases, the original cash register receipt must be presented at the time of the exchange or return. In the case of an exchange, the appropriate rewards earned with the replacement product will be added to the cash refund. How do I earn rewards?
You earn instant discounts and rewards every time you make a qualifying purchase using your Choice Card. If you do not have your card with you, you can provide your card number and mobile number in-store at the cashier. You will earn additional rewards on a variety of items across the store, excluding prescription medication. Are there items that cannot be purchased to earn Choice Card rewards?
Rewards cannot be earned on purchases of gift cards, plastic bags, prescription medication, or baby formula (as prohibited by legislation).
